The HACD has compiled the 2016 International Eligibility list for FAI Sanctioned event invitation purposes.
This list was prepared as dictated by the 2016 HACD Rules, Regulations, Policies & Procedures, Appendix D, Section VII. The competitors are listed in order below and the qualification method is shown in parenthesis. The 22nd FAI World Hot Air Balloon Championship will begin October 30 in Saga, Japan.
